Glow cube photo booth lit champagne gold for a wedding

Wedding Photo Booth Rental in Nashville

The guest book is sweet. An 8-foot glow cube set to your wedding colors is sweeter. Your guests get their photos on their phones that night, and you get a gallery of everybody you love being a little bit silly.

Lit in your wedding colors

The cube has 16 LED colors, and we set it to match your palette before the doors open: champagne gold for a classic black-tie night, icy white for a minimalist reception, violet or royal blue if y'all went bold. It's an 8.2-foot quilted inflatable with a ring light inside, so it reads as part of the décor instead of a folding table in the corner.

An attendant, so your coordinator can coordinate

On The Quick Glow and The Party Cube, we stay with the booth the whole time. We set up, keep the line moving between the toasts and the first dance, and pack it out after. Nobody in the wedding party has to babysit an iPad. Just the Cube is drop-off (we inflate, you run it, we pick it up), which suits a laid-back rehearsal dinner or after-party better than a full reception.

Your names and date on every photo

Every package is digital. Guests scan a QR code or get a text and leave with their photos, and there's an online gallery for you afterward. A custom overlay adds your names, date, or monogram, and with The Party Cube the hashtag and event name go on every shot. One honest note: we don't do paper prints. If a printed guest book is a must, plan on a separate one.

Which package fits a reception

For most receptions, The Party Cube is the fit: $599 for 3 hours, built for 50 to 120 guests, with setup, attendant, teardown, a prop kit, and the overlay. Dancing past the third hour? Add time at $125 an hour. A smaller wedding or a two-hour cocktail window fits The Quick Glow at $449.

Three questions for your venue

Before you book, check three things with your venue: about 10×10 feet of floor (near the dance floor is ideal), an 8-foot ceiling, and one working outlet. Barns and tented receptions can work as long as the cube stays covered and the night is calm, since it's not a rain booth. Travel is included in Davidson County, and venues in Franklin, Brentwood, or Murfreesboro add a travel fee from $50.

Doing the bachelorette, too?

If the bridal party wants the cube twice, it's right at home at the bachelorette. Otherwise, send your date and venue below and we'll reply to confirm. A 50% deposit holds it, and the balance is due 7 days before.
